Services Offered: We offer guided motorcycle tours throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. Our tours are designed to provide participants with an exceptional and memorable experience exploring various destinations.
Booking and Payment: To secure your place on a tour, a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month before the scheduled tour departure date. Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of the deposit.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: a) If you decide to cancel your tour booking more than four weeks before the tour departure date, you will receive a refund of the tour fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit. b) If you cancel your tour booking within four weeks of the tour departure date and your slot is not filled by another participant, no refund will be given. c) In the event that your cancelled slot is filled by another participant, you will receive a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit.
Liability and Disclaimer: While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during our tours, motorcycle touring inherently involves certain risks. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour and must comply with all safety guidelines provided by The Ride Academy LTD. We shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, damages, delays, or expenses incurred during the tour.
